Connie Malace Classic
The Connie Malace Classic is an annual charity golf outing put on by Malace|HR in support of the National Scleroderma Foundation Great Lakes Chapter. Over the past 4 years, this event has generated over $50,000 to provide resources for scleroderma patients and fund critical research to help find a cure.
Grace Centers of Hope
In 2025, Malace|HR began working with Grace Center of Hope in Pontiac Michigan to provide donations of nonperishable food items during the holiday season. Grace Center of Hope’s mission is to provide resources for the homeless that will improve their lives and set them up for success.
9/11 Meal Packing
Every Patriot Day, Malace|HR participates in the “Nine Million Meals for 9/11 Day of Service” at Wayne State, in partnership with AmeriCorps. This event happens in 21 cities across the nation bringing together more than 25,000 volunteers including corporate employees, military veterans, and first responders to pack 9 million healthy, non-perishable meals for people facing food insecurity across America.
Lighthouse Outreach Center
Malace|HR has gathered 300 canned food donations for Lighthouse Outreach Center in Roseville. The Lighthouse Outreach Center was established in 1984 and became one of the largest and most well-known non-profit charity organizations in Macomb County. In addition to food, the center offers a variety of social and human services programs for low-income families and individuals.
